New Local Newspaper By Examiner Media Coming Soon
The White Plains Examiner is slated to launch on Aug. 23
Examiner Media announced its plans to launch its forth newspaper in four years, The White Plains Examiner, on Aug. 23.
Examiner Media, based in Mount Kisco, was started in 2007 by award-winning journalists who scoffed at the notion of print being dead, and soon launched The Examiner—according TheExaminerNews.com. The company now runs a total of four weekly newspapers, which also include The Putnam Examiner and The Northern Westchester Examiner.
“Our focus on producing high-quality local content has allowed us to capture a local audience and the subsequent advertisers who want to reach that audience,” said Founder, Owner and Publisher Adam Stone, on the website.

“There are a lot of people out there at the local level working through tough financial times to bring our communities to the next level,” said Casey, according to TheExaminerNews.com. “They need an advocate who will promote their efforts and spotlight success stories where new approaches and creativity show the way.”
