PCP Arrest Near Kennedy’s
A 19-year-old male was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor, after police allegedly observed him making a drug transaction at Kennedy Fried Chicken, 4 E. Post Rd., on Monday.
According to police reports, while surveying the area police allegedly observed the E. Post Road resident hand a female a small black package inside the restaurant then exited the store without buying anything around 8 p.m. Police determined the behavior to be consistent with a drug transaction and stopped the 19-year-old and searched him, according to reports. Police allegedly found a bag containing mint leaves and phencyclidine (PCP) in his possession. He was released on $500 bail.

Petty Larceny Charge for Watch Theft
A 57-year-old White Plains man was arrested for petty larceny, a misdemeanor, at on Monday around 3:49 p.m. The E. Post Road resident was apprehended by security after allegedly trying to exit the store without paying for two watches, valued at $59.98, that hid in his pants pockets, according to police reports.

Alleged T-Shirt Theft at Abercrombie & Fitch
An 33-year-old make, who lives on Oak Street, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, Tuesday at in The Westchester for allegedly stealing five t-shirts valued at $130, police reports said.
