Police: 2 Shoplifters Arrested in City Stores
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
Two accused shoplifters face misdemeanor petit larceny charges after police say they were caught stealing clothes or electronics from City stores.
A 32-year-old Bronx woman was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday after security at True Religion on Westchester Avenue told police she was caught stealing a pair of $300 jeans.
The woman was charged and held for court.

Police say a 40-year-old homeless man was also arrested Wednesday just before 9:30 p.m. after he was caught trying to steal a Sony Playstation 3 from Sears.
The man was caught by security, which called police. He was arrested at the scene.
