Police: Cashier Caught Selling Beer to Minor
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A 47-year-old gas station employee faces a misdemeanor charge after police say he sold a 24-ounce can of Budweiser to a minor.
Suri Ati, of 1 S. Broadway in White Plains, was summonsed on Aug. 9 at the Getty gas station at 43 Lake St. Police records did not indicate the age of the minor.
Ati was charged with sale of alcohol to a minor. Police confiscated the alcohol.
