Police Nab Alleged CVS Molester
White Plains Police have arrested a suspect accused of forcibly touching a woman in CVS on Mamaroneck Avenue.

White Plains Police arrested Jamie Rosas for allegedly molesting a woman at CVS, 24 Mamaroneck Ave., in Novemeber.
The 24-year-old Elmsford resident was arrested Thursday around 7:40 p.m. and charged with sex abuse, a felony, and misdemenor counts of unlawful imprisonment and stalking. He is currently awaiting arraignment.
Police arrived to the CVS on Nov. 22 after a woman said she was shopping in an aisle of the store when she was accosted from behind by man. She claimed the man fondled her breasts, and wouldn't let her go. After a short while, he released her and fled the store.

Rosas, who was identified through video surveillance, was picked up after an officer on patrol observed him as fitting the suspect's description. Police said Rosas admitted to fondling the women at CVS in November.
