According to prosecutors, on Sept. 2, Rivera pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, felonies, for subjecting two children to repeated acts of sexual conduct.

For one victim, the criminal conduct started in 2010, when the child was 5 years old and continued into 2013.

For the second victim, the criminal conduct started in 2006, when the child was 11 years old and continued into 2007.

Rivera was arrested Feb. 8, 2021, by White Plains Public Safety following an investigation.

The youngest victim gave a statement to the court about the outcome.

“You have denied it so many times but this is the reality of your actions,” the victim said. “And I’m happy that I’m getting the justice that I deserve.”
