Teens Allegedly Strike Man With Stick
A 53-year-old City man most likely knew that he was risking his health by going to smoke a cigarette, but probably didn’t think that stepping out side would cause him immediate injury.

Two teenage boys, who live at the Coachman Family Center, are accused of being involved in an assault on the 53-year-old city man that occurred on Monday around 11:33 p.m.
The 54-year-old said a gang ,of about four young men, was hanging out near the intersection of Longview and Maple avenues when two of them walked by him and allegedly struck him with a stick-like object, causing him pain and swelling.

Witnesses said they saw the boys run into the Coachman. Police found Christopher Robinson, 19—who was identified by the victim, who said Robinson allegedly hit him—and 16-year-old Durant Cerrone—whom the victim said was allegedly present at the time of the assault—inside the Coachman. They were arrested and charged with felony assault.
Alleged Attempt to Purchase Pot Ends in Trespassing, Possession Charges
James Pappas must of thought half-honesty was the best policy when he allegedly admitted to police that he was at 33 Fisher Ave. to buy a bag of marijuana—however, he failed to mention the bag of what is believed to be Xanax that was allegedly found in his possession.
Police arrested the 27-year-old Ossining resident and his three friends after they allegedly admitted to police that they didn’t live in the building when questioned around 7:46 p.m. on Tuesday. Upon being searched at police headquarters, police allegedly found the bag in Pappas’ possession, police reports said.
All four men were charged with trespassing, a third degree misdemeanor. Pappas was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (CPCS) in the fifth degree, a felony, and CPCS in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor. Three men were held for bail and the fourth, a 17-year-old, was released to his father.
Bronx Woman Allegedly Attempts to Steal $128 Worth of Wal-Mart Merch
A 32-year-old Bronx woman allegedly attempted to conceal items in her bag before exiting the Wal-Mart in White Plains without paying for them Tuesday. The items totaled $128.82. She was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
Felony Mischief at Chester Ave Lot
A city-parking attendant reported that a car window was smashed in the Chester-Maple Parking Garage, 9 Chester Ave., sometime between Dec. 9 and Dec. 12. There are no suspects at this time.
