Trust Fund Baby Allegedly Bribes Police With Football Tickets; Friend Throws Shoe at Officer
Richard Faulkner, a 25-year-old New Rochelle resident, wound up with a felony charge instead of his freedom after allegedly trying to bribe White Plains cops with football tickets, according to police reports.
Faulkner was arrested with five others and charged with disorderly conduct after a large fight allegedly broke out around 4:27 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20 in front of 129 Court St.

According to police reports, Faulkner allegedly told police he was a “trust fund baby” and had connections to get into the family section of M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. He allegedly offered tickets to six officers for the Baltimore Ravens vs. the San Francisco 49ers game on Nov. 24, if they let him go.
Faulkner then had a charge of bribery in the third degree, a class D felony, tacked onto the disorderly conduct charge.

A 24-year-old Bronx resident who was also arrested for disorderly conduct in the fight allegedly threw his shoe at a police officer, narrowly missing the officer, after being brought to police headquarters. He incurred new charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and menacing in the second degree—both misdemeanors.
A 25-year-old Beacon man, who was arrested after the fight, also got slapped with a false impersonation charge after allegedly giving police multiple phone numbers that didn’t correspond with addresses he gave.
Alleged Drunken Driver Almost Hits Cop Car
A 31-year-old Stanford man allegedly almost smashed into a White Plains police car after making a drunken turn onto Mamaroneck Avenue from Maple Avenue in his vehicle.
Police arrested the man, who allegedly did not have a driver’s license, for a DWI in front of 181 Mamaroneck Avenue around 1:53 a.m. on Sunday, according to police reports.
Man Wielding Hockey Stick Skips Out on Bill
A server at Applebees, at 27 Mamaroneck Ave., quickly changed his mind about pursuing a man who skipped out on his tab after being threatened with a hockey stick.
A 25-year-old Yonkers man is accused of allegedly leaving the restaurant without paying his $30.65 bill. When the server chased after him into Renasiance Plaza the 25-year-old allegedly raised his hockey stick and threatened the server. The Yonkers man was arrested while trying to board a Bee Line Bus, and was charged with theft of services and menacing in the third degree, both misdemeanors.
