Westchester's Bee-Line Buses To Be Fare Free During Holidays
Westchester County Executive George Latimer said he hopes it will be an incentive to ride the buses.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Need to take the bus in Westchester during the upcoming holidays? Well, keep your money in your pocket, because Bee-Line Bus fares will be free at times during the holidays.
Westchester County Executive George Latimer said Wednesday at a news conference there will be no charge to ride Bee-Line buses from Saturday, Nov. 19 through Nov. 27 and Dec. 7 through Dec. 26.
"You can ride the buses as frequently as you like," he said, "to as many places as you like."

Latimer said he hopes this is an incentive for the public to ride the Bee-Line buses if they haven't done so before.
The promotion is valid on all routes in the fixed route bus system, including the express route into Manhattan, the BxM4C.

Free rides are also valid on the Bee-Line ParaTransit system.
Bee-Line is Westchester County’s bus system and the second-largest transit bus fleet in New York. It is operated by the county’s Department of Public Works and Transportation.
