
The City of White Plains released this year’s schedule for summer events in the park.
Things kick off June 6 when the city hosts its first noon day concert at Renaissance Plaza. Other events include:
- Fathers Day Family Outing: Turnure Park, Sunday, June 16, 7 p.m.
- Independence Celebration: White Plains High School, Celebrate Motown with Total Soul from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2.
- Neighborhood Nights: Entertainment in Your Neighborhood Park beginning July 8. (The schedule is available here.)
- Dancing Under The Stars: Renaissance Plaza, Wednesday at 7 p.m., beginning July 10.
- Outdoor Movie and Concert Night: Turnure Park, Lake Street Friday, July 26, 7 p.m. Music performance by the Wanderers, who will play music from the 1950s and 1960s. The movie shown will be Money Ball PG-13
- National Night Out: on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 6 p.m. at 77 South Lexington Ave
- The International Food & Jazz Festival: On Sunday Sept 8, 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mamaroneck Avenue.
