Any child or parent who’s interested in scouting can get a first hand look at what it’s about Wednesday when Cub Scout Pack 5 in White Plains holds its spring rally at the Church Street School.
The rally, which begins at 7 p.m. inside the school cafeteria, will give people an opportunity to learn about Pack 5’s activities and hear the firsthand experiences from its members.
