
The City of White Plains have just concluded their flag day ceremony.
The ceremony took place on the front steps of city hall, located at 255 Main Street.
This year’s ceremony featured flags from the United States of America, the City of White Plains, US Army, US Marines, US Navy, US Air force, and US Coast Guard, as well as the POW and September 11 flags.
