White Plains Hospital Buys 4-Acre Downtown Site
The site is located between the northern edge of Scarsdale and White Plains Hospital.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — White Plains Hospital purchased a 4-plus-acre development site near the hospital itself.
CBRE Group Inc. announced Wednesday the sale of 77 W. Post Rd. in White Plains to White Plains Hospital, a member of the Montefiore Health System.
The 4.22-acre development site was purchased for $38 million, according to a news release.

CBRE's team represented The Gotham Organization and Grid Properties, which was the seller.
The site is located between the northern edge of Scarsdale and White Plains Hospital, at what the commercial real estate firm called "the gateway into the urban center of White Plains."

"The offering represented a highly unique opportunity to buy a 4+-acre site," said CBRE's Jeffrey Dunne, "representing nearly an entire city block in the heart of Downtown White Plains with exceptional proximity to Scarsdale."
