Roach will be in Albany Wednesday for Cuomo’s State of the State address, which he says will also serve as an opportunity to meet with the state representatives who make decisions that directly impact White Plains.
"The State of the State Address is an opportunity to open the doors of government to New Yorkers and bring the people into the process of rebuilding our state," said Cuomo, in a press release. "Holding the State of the State in the Empire State Plaza Convention Center will allow hundreds of New Yorkers from across this state to come to Albany to be a part of this day. I look forward to joining with members of the Legislature and the public on January 4 as we begin the new legislative session and continue the work we began last year to transform our government and build a new New York."
