WHITE PLAINS —A White Plains man reported to police that his Cannondale F600 bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at the TransCenter Parking garage, located at 11 Ferris Ave, sometime Monday.
The victim, 36, told police that he secured his bike with a cable lock at about 5:30 a.m. and left. The bicycle was gone he returned at about 5 p.m.
The bike, which is valued at $1,400, is black with white writing.
