White Plains Residents Among Berkeley Grads

White Plains and West Harrison residents were among the 800 students receiving degrees from Berkeley College this year.

More than a dozen White Plains and West Harrison residents received degrees from Berkeley College this year.

  • Stephanie Ortiz of West Harrison received a BBA in management
  • Brian Albuquerque of White Plains received a BBA in management
  • Geylin Barrios of White Plains received a BBA in health services management
  • Momo Bowman of White Plains received an AAS in international business
  • David Corcoran of White Plains received a BS in information technology management
  • Julie DeSalva of White Plains received a BBA in health services management
  • Heremala Eshetu of White Plains received a BBA in management
  • Dejanira Fernandes of White Plains received a BBA in management
  • Kathia Herrera of White Plains received BBA in business administration
  • Chey Johnson of White Plains received a BS in justice studies - criminal justice
  • Natalie Loza of White Plains received a BS in justice studies - criminal justice
  • William Pelaez of White Plains received an AAS in business administration - management
  • Kapunga Pinto of White Plains received a BBA in marketing communications
  • Dominique Roper of White Plains received a BBA in accounting
  • Natali Sanchez of White Plains received a BS in justice studies - criminal justice
  • Kayla Veal of White Plains received an AAS in health services administration

Diplomas were handed out on April 29, 2016, at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The graduating class included 140 military and veteran students and 200 international students. More than 800 students graduated with honors and nearly 400 students earned their degrees online.
