Another Northern Greenpoint Warehouse To Become Condos

GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN — A new six-story building with 10 units is coming to 153 Green St. in northern Greenpoint, according to city records.

Murat Mutlu's Midtown-based architecture firm filed to design the building on the 5,000-square-foot lot. The building itself will measure 19,112 square feet, and each unit will be an average of 1,344 square feet, so they likely will be condos.

There will be two condos on each floor from the first through fourth floors, and two duplex apartments, one on the fifth and another on the sixth floor.

No one has filed demolition permits yet for the one-story warehouse that's currently on the property.
