Shota Omakase – the MICHELIN-starred, Edomae-style omakase restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn – is hosting a collaboration dinner in partnership with Kubota Sake, the flagship brand from acclaimed, Japanese sake brewery Asahi-Shuzo. Shota's chef and owner Cheng Lin will serve a special, 20-course menu, crafted to complement a curated sake pairing showcasing nine of Kubota’s most rare and exceptional labels. Said selection includes Senshin Junmai Daiginjo, Tokugetsu Junmai Daiginjo, Kubota Manjyu Original Yeast YX Edition, and the very limited-edition Tsugu, among other premium offerings.
