Apartment Building Planned In Windsor Terrace
The apartment building is slated to be constructed on a vacant lot.
WINDSOR TERRACE, NY —A new apartment building is in the works in Windsor Terrace right next to Prospect Park.
A developer filed permits last weeks for a six-story apartment building at 92 Prospect Park Southwest. The development site is currently vacant. The 70-foot building will have nine apartments, a cellar, a small yard in the back and no below-grade parkings spaces, according to the application.
Progressive Development Partners is the developer listed in the application, which was filed on Tuesday. Architect Nickolas Kazalas will design the building.

The application was first reported by New York YIMBY, which reports that the apartments will likely be condos. Approval for the development from the Department of Buildings is pending, records show.
