Danielle Aronsen, a 29-year-old from Sunset Park, "was ejected from the vehicle when the rear passenger door opened."

Aronsen was then rushed to Lutheran Medical Center in Sunset Park, where she was pronounced dead.
The man who was driving the car, a 35-year-old male, was taken into custody at the scene, police say. Multiple news outlets identified the driver as the woman’s husband.
“They’ve been together for years,” Aronsen’s father told the New York Post. “They were married in all but name.”
“She was a good girl, my daughter,” 29-year-old Danielle Aronsen’s dad, Scott, told The Post as he broke down in tears outside his family’s Sunset Park home.
“She was raising a beautiful child, doing the right thing.”
ABC7 reporter Kala Rama tweeted that the couple had been drinking at the Bean Post Pub in Bay Ridge before the crash.
Aronsen lists herself on social media as a big fan of the New York Rangers and the heavy-metal band Slayer. Her Instagram account is filled with photos of her son, a toddler.
