Infant and Seniors Injured in McDonald Ave. Blaze
An infant and ten seniors were hospitalized after a fire demolished a Kensington residence Monday night.

Ten senior citizens and one infant were treated for minor injuries after a fire ravaged a McDonald Avenue residence on Monday night.Â
The fire began around 9:55 p.m. on the first floor of 469 McDonald Ave., sending 60 firefighters from 12 units to fight the blaze, which was brought under control at 10:47 p.m.
An FDNY spokesperson said the victims most likely sustained minor burns and smoke inhalation, none of which were considered life-threatening.Â
