Kensington Community Center To Rise Near Green-Wood Cemetery
A seven-story community center is slated to rise on on 38th Street near 10th Avenue, city records show.

KENSINGTON, NY — A new community center and office building will rise in Kensington near Green-Wood Cemetery, according to designs released by developers.
J Frankl Associates released renderings earlier this month for a seven-story building set to rise at 1021-1023 38th St. at the end of 10th Avenue, city records show.
The 40,137-square-foot development will have a 37,208-square-foot community center, as well 3,109 square feet of commercial space and 42 below-ground parking spaces, Department of Buildings records show.
