Kensington and Sunset Park Parents: Chat with NYC Schools Head Carmen Fariña
Carmen Fariña will attend a town hall meeting on Oct. 25 focused on Community Education Council 20.
KENSINGTON and SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — New York City Schools Chancellor Carmen Fariña will attend a town hall meeting Tuesday to discuss the needs of Community Education Council 20.
CEC20 contains schools in both Kensington and Sunset Park. It includes 24 elementary schools, seven middle schools, and seven K-8 schools, among others.
The meeting will take place on Oct. 25 at P.S. 204, located at 8101 15th Ave., and will run from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The town hall is open to the public, and Fariña will be taking questions from the audience.

Chinese and Spanish interpreters will also be available to translate the proceedings for those who need assistance.
