Tuesday was National Night Out, and the 72nd Precinct represented the area well with live music, food and cool safety demos that impressed the neighborhood's wee ones.
"As long as the community knows that after they spend their time here, and they know that we are here for them, I'm happy," said Officer Dean Hanan, Community Affairs officer for the 72nd Precinct.
"We only want positive thoughts, because that's how we think of the community."
