The Early Word: Mother's Day at Green-Wood Cemetery
What you need to know, pre-coffee.
1. Head to Green-Wood Cemetery tomorrow afternoon for a very special Mother's Day walking tour, which takes visitors past the graves of some of the most influential women of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Tour begins at 1 p.m.; tickets are $15. Click here for more information.
2. A French immersion playgroup for toddlers 14-24-months-old is held each Tuesday in Kensington at 3 p.m. A French-speaking caregiver is required. Email mashumin@gmail.com for details.
