The Early Word: Park Drive to Get Pedestrian Push-Buttons
What you need to know, pre-coffee.

1. The Department of Transportation has finished installing the new lane configuration for the Park Drives in Prospect Park, and pedestrian push-buttons are being installed at signals at the 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 12th Street crossings. The DOT estimates the push-button signals will all be installed in the next few weeks.
2. Spend Saturday afternoons at Prospect Farm! Volunteers are needed to help with weeding, pruning, staking, watering, composting, digging, building, and more. Stop by the farm, located at 1194 Prospect Ave., every Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. to help out.
3. First it was now this. How can we celebrate a place that doesn't exist, hmm?
