Lonelyville, the former coffee shop-turned-sad empty storefront on Prospect Park Southwest, is in need of a new tenant.
Initially shuttered in 2008, the space was most recently occupied by a . Despite generating what agents at CPEX Real Estate, who hold the listing, called "an incredible amount of interest" from local business owners and investors, the erstwhile cafe at 154 Prospect Park Southwest remains vacant.
The location itself has a lot of potential. The three story building—which as of January was listed at $850,000—contains not only the commercial space, but two apartments, a basement and a backyard with a deck.
