6 Cornelius Businesses Report Larcenies: Police Blotter

Cornelius police made eight arrests this week, including a woman charged with multiple counts of larceny.

CORNELIUS, NC β€” Cornelius police made eight arrests last week, including a woman who was charged with four counts of larceny, according to the police blotter.

There were 13 crime incidents reported this past week, including two cases of breaking and entering of a vehicle. At least 11 larcenies were reported to police, and included reports of theft from 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Uhaul, Fresh Market, CVS and Home Depot.

Cornelius Police Department issued 46 citations last week, including 14 tickets for speeding, six for making an improper turn, and three tickets for driving while impaired, according to the CPD blotter.
