Arrests For Breaking & Entering, Possession: Cornelius Police

CORNELIUS, NC — Officers made seven arrests this week on charges that included felony breaking and entering, drug possession and communicating threats.

Police also received 11 crime incidents this week for incidents that included four cases of fraud, three larcenies, two vehicle break-ins and one vehicle theft.

Arrests made by Cornelius Police Department between Oct. 14 and Oct. 20, 2020:

• Stephanie Marie Fink, 48, was arrested Oct. 15 on Catawba Ave., charged with maintaining a vehicle; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana paraphernalia; possession of marijuana up to ½ oz.; felony possession of methamphetamine
• Morgan Elizabeth Flynn, 19, was arrested Oct. 15 on Torrence Chapel Road, charged with felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle; felony breaking/ entering; felony larceny; felony larceny after breaking/entering; felony larceny of a firearm
• Benjamin Drake Green, 24, was arrested Oct. 15 on Torrence Chapel Road, charged with felony breaking/entering; carrying a concealed weapon; felony larceny after breaking/entering
• Joseph Michael Johnson, 28, was arrested Oct. 15 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with breaking or entering, larceny; resisting public officer
• Thiago Vivone Mafra, 37, was arrested Oct. 17 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with driving while impaired
• Dewon Pegues, 19, was arrested Oct. 19 on Catawba Avenue, charged felony disclosure of private images/adult
• Kiona Johnson, 19, was arrested Oct. 20 on N. Main Street, charged with communicating threats
