Cornelius Hosting 'Coffee Chat' Focused On Affordable Housing In Town
The first "coffee chat" of 2022 will happen Monday, Feb. 7 and focus on more affordable housing in the Lake Norman town.
CORNELIUS, NC — The first "Coffee Chat" of the year is on the books for Monday Feb. 7 at 8:30 a.m. and its focus will be creating more affordable housing. It will be virtual as the pandemic continues.
There will also be the normal updates on public health and transportation information pertaining to Cornelius.
First up will be Mayor Woody Washam's housing study committee addressing workforce housing options in Cornelius, something that has been challenging of late in the Lake Norman town.
