Lake Norman House In Cornelius Sells For Whopping $7 Million

CORNELIUS, NC — Lake Norman is a popular destination for wealthy homeowners given its gorgeous views and proximity to Charlotte.

Now, a new record has been set. A Mediterranean-style villa in Cornelius sold for $7 million last month, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

It's all very hush-hush which is why you didn't see it in a Patch Wow House post — these types of houses are often not even put on public websites.

It's on Jetton Road in the Peninsula neighborhood and a man named Adam Feinberg bought the property per public records.

Feinberg is from the area and started a multi-million dollar Amazon store e-commerce company, according to the Observer.

A former Wachovia Bank executive owned the $7 million house before selling it to Feinberg.
