Search Underway For Woman Connected To Cornelius Shooting: CPD
Lativa Kevette Sherrill, 44, is wanted in connection with a July 4 shooting in Cornelius, police said Friday.

CORNELIUS, NC β Police are asking for the community's help locating a woman wanted in connection with a shooting in Cornelius on Saturday, July 4 on South Hill Street.
Lativa Kevette Sherrill, 44, is originally from the Davidson area and may be staying with friends in Charlotte, Cornelius Police Department said via Twitter.
Sherrill is wanted on charges that include felony assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon, CPD said.

She is described as 5-foot, 5-inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
