Woman Charged With Bank Card Theft, Fraud In Cornelius: Police

Cornelius police made three arrests this week, including a woman charged with bank card theft and fraud.

CORNELIUS, NC β€” Cornelius police made three arrests this week, including a woman charged with bank card theft and fraud, according to the police blotter.

Jacqueline Christine Rion, 36, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 600 block of Catawba Avenue and charged with financial card fraud, financial card theft and identity theft.

Ashtyn Danielle Castle, 19, as arrested Aug. 28 in the 17000 block of Nat Bynum Lane and charged with disorderly conduct and injury to personal property.

On Aug. 28, Justin Shane Frasier, 29, was arrested in the 20000 block of West Catawba Avenue and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

  • Larceny β€” Aug. 30 on Market Street
  • Breaking and entering residential β€” Aug. 30 on Bailey Road
  • Fraud β€” Sept. 1 on Market Street
  • Larceny β€” Sept. 1 on Alto Tierra Drive

Cornelius Police Department issued 66 citations last week, including 31 tickets for speeding and four tickets for no operator's license, according to the CPD blotter.
