Attempted Breaking & Entering, Forgery: Crimes In Davidson

DAVIDSON, NC — Two people were arrested in Davidson this past week, for charges that included attempting to break into and steal a vehicle, as well as an outstanding warrant for arrest from a neighboring county, according to the most recent police blotter.

Here are the arrests made in Davidson from July 20 through Aug. 2:

• Christopher Brundage, 29, was arrested Aug 1 on Jetton Street, charged with attempted breaking and entering/ tampering with auto with intent to steal.
• Vincent Lee Huntley, 58, was arrested Aug. 3, charged with an order for arrest from Iredell County.

Here are the crimes reported to DPD from July 20 through Aug. 2:

• July 21 — Assault by pointing a gun, Davidson-Concord Road
• July 23 — Forgery/ False pretense, Stuttgart Road
• July 25 — Damage to real property, Turnberry Court
• July 27 — Communicating threats, Jetton Street
• July 27 — Larceny (felony), Peninsula Drive
• July 28 — Larceny (felony), June Washam Road
• July 31 — Communicating threats, Green Knoll Trace
• Aug. 1 — Attempted breaking and entering/ tampering with auto with intent to steal, Jetton Street
• Aug. 1 — Larceny (misdemeanor), South Main Street
