Breaking And Entering, Identity Fraud Reported In Davidson: DPD

Here's a rundown of crime around Davidson this past week, according to the police department.

DAVIDSON, NC — Davidson police nabbed dozens of drivers this week for citations that included speeding, expired tags and failing to yield to a pedestrian, according to the most recent police blotter.

A case of financial identity fraud, assault on a female, as well as a breaking and entering on Potts Street were also reported, Davidson Police Department said.

Davidson police did not make any arrests this past week.

  • Aug. 26 — Financial identity fraud, Southwest Drive
  • Aug. 26 — False pretense, Torrence Circle
  • Aug. 26 — Assault on a female, Davidson Gateway Drive
  • Aug. 27 — Felony larceny, Shearer Road
  • Aug. 30 — Felony breaking and entry, Potts Street
