Pushh, Band Of Oz Set To Perform In Davidson This Weekend

DAVIDSON, NC — Lovers of live music will have two opportunities to enjoy free outdoor concerts this weekend in Davidson.

Party band, Pushh, is set to perform in Davidson Saturday, while beach music legends, Band of Oz, will perform Sunday as part of an ongoing series of free outdoor performances in Davidson this summer.

Pushh will take the stage Aug. 14 at 6 p.m. at South Main Square on Main Street. Band of Oz is set to perform Sunday at 6 p.m. on the Town Green in front of Davidson Public Library, located at 119 South Main Street.

The "Concerts @ The Circles" series, along with the "Second Saturdays @ the Square" concert series, are two new additions to the town's entertainment lineup this year, joining the beloved "Concerts on the Green" performances on the Davidson Village Green.

Concerts on the Green performances are held on the village green in downtown Davidson on select Sunday evenings.

• Sunday, Sept. 5 — Gospelfest, gospel
• Sunday, Sept. 19 — The Davidson College Symphony & Jazz Ensemble, Classical/jazz
• Sunday, Oct. 3 — Dave Matthews Tribute Band
• Sunday, Oct. 17 — Kids in America, 80s tribute

Concerts @ the Circles performances are held on Jetton street by Clean Juice.

Second Saturdays @ the Square performances are held at the South Main Square on the deck of the Crazy Pig, located at 402 S. Main Street in Davidson.
