'Biggest Loser' Holding Open Casting Calls on May 11

Do you have more than 80 pounds to lose? You could be a contender on season 15 of the reality TV show.

Sometimes it's good to be a loser.

NBC's reality TV show "The Biggest Loser" is holding a casting call to choose contestants for its 15th season. The show features overweight individuals working to drop the most pounds to vie for a $250,000 cash prize.

"We are looking for contestants that have over 80 pounds to lose, but most importantly those with great stories, compelling backgrounds, and a lot of personality," a spokesperson for "The Biggest Loser," said in an e-mail to Patch. "Our casting directors are very excited to be in the area and are hoping to speak with people who are really serious about changing their lives and getting healthy."
