Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair Arraignment Date Set
The case is on the docket for Jan. 22, 2013
FORT BRAGG, N.C. – On Dec. 14, 2012, the XVIII Airborne Corps commander, Lt. Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, referred the case of United States versus Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair to a general court-martial. The case is currently set for arraignment on Jan. 22, 2013, at 9 a.m., at the Fort Bragg Courtroom Facility.
The arraignment is expected to be open to the public. Sinclair is currently assigned as the special assistant to the XVIII Airborne Corps commander.
