Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair's Court-Martial Date Changes, Civilian Law Firm Added to His Team
Fort Bragg legal prosecution team to remain on the case.

Inside the Fort Bragg courthouse, Thursday's motion hearing for Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair resulted in the prosecution team remaining on the case as decided by the military judge Col. James L. Pohl.
Sinclair has also hired a civilian law firm from New York, Montgomery, McCracken to represent in his court-martial trial alongside his military defense team resulting in a date change from May 13 to June 25.
The hearings will resume in March. If convicted, Sinclair could face life in prison on the most serious of the 25 counts of sex-related charges that include wrongful sexual contact, sodomy and adultery, which are considered crimes in military.
