Fort Bragg Cites 7 DWI Tickets, Friday
Stay safe over the holidays and have a plan before going out.
Fort Bragg's military police held a checking station at the All American entrance checkpoint on Friday night. The random checks resulted in seven citations for DWI, 19 citations for driving without a license and five citations for other infractions.
Under North Carolina DWI law, you may not test over .07%, which is to say 08% is considered Driving While Impaired. If you're going to drink this holiday season, please ensure you have a designated driver.
