Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Relations Coordinator

You will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the practice. You will provide exceptional front-line customer service and meet the many non-clinical needs of our patients. In addition, you will coordinate the flow of patients through the office, assist patients with payments, insurance and billing information, schedule appointments and maintain patient charts.

 Qualified Applicants Will Possess:

• Previous Dental or Medical Experience required
• Previous customer service experience is must
• Ability to influence / gain patients commitment to complete treatment
• Ability to talk financials with patients
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written / verbal communication skills
• PC proficiency
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Detail-oriented
• Conflict-resolution skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and good judgment
