Gangs to be Issued Citations at Dogwood Festival

The annual Dogwood Festival begins this Friday ending Sunday. The event is thought to attract family fun, but this year brings a new twist for organizers.
The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival organizers have the support of law enforcement in an attempt to thwart crime throughout the weekend.
Carrie King the executive director of the festival has a list of names, but the number of individuals served letters with warnings from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office has not been made public.
