Cumberland County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested a Hope Mills man and charged him with sex crimes involving a child. Richard Broadway, 66, of 7026 Farmland Court was taken into custody early this morning according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Public Information Officer. An investigation determined that Broadway was involved in inappropriate behavior with a 15-year old girl during the summer of 2010. Broadway is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $250,000 bond.
