Student Holiday/Required Teacher Workday with Staff Development
Students, faculty and staff will observe a student holiday, on Friday, January 18.

January’s Let’s Talk Education Radio Program
During January’s broadcast of Let’s Talk Education, CCS’ Communications Specialist Renarta Clanton Moyd will be joined by Chip Lucas, the executive director of CCS’ Career and Technical Education program, and Pam Gibson, the coordinator of College Tech Prep. The two will discuss how career and college prep programming are positively impacting the lives of students. The program will air Saturday, January 19 from 7:30 – 8:00 p.m. on WIDU 1600 AM.

MLK Day Observance
In recognition of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, a student/teacher holiday will be observed in the Cumberland County Schools on Monday, January 21. Central Services will also be closed.
