FORT BRAGG, N.C. – The Military Judge in the case of United States v. Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair has scheduled a motions hearing for February 21, beginning at 7:30 a.m., at the Fort Bragg courthouse. The hearing is expected to be open to the public.
