New Year's Eve Dinner Specials

Celebrate New Year’s Eve downtown for you and your friends. Here are a few specials going on to help you bring in 2013!

Circa 1800 will once again be wowing their guests with a special New Year’s Eve menu with three course “surf and turf” options for $39.95 featuring salad, choice of crab-stuffed rainbow trout, prosciutto-wrapped chicken or boursin cheese-stuffed petite filet and shrimp scampi, and pumpkin crepes or molten chocolate lava torts. Dinner seatings at 5, 5:30, 7, 7:30, 9 and 9:30 p.m. and champagne toast at midnight. Reservations preferred.

Friday, Dec. 29 to Monday, Dec. 31 enjoy a dinner for two for $49.99 plus tax and gratuity. The meal includes a Huske salad, your choice of a 10 oz. NY strip or an 8 oz salmon fillet, a side and dessert of your choice and either a glass of house wine or champagne. Reservations are accepted. On New Year’s Eve, join for the 5th Annual New Year’s Eve Bash with a live DJ, dancing, party favors, live coverage of Times Square, drink specials, a champagne toast and a balloon drop at midnight. $20 cover. Ladies get in free until 11 p.m.

From 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., Lido’s will host its New Year’s Eve “Red Carpet Ball” with DJ V. Smoove. Free champagne toast at midnight and party favors at the door. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $10 ($15 at door) and tables in the VIP section can be reserved in advance as well.

The Mediterranean restaurant will host a special multi-course New Year's Eve menu that includes two glasses of champagne. There also will be a live band, dancing and belly dancer performances from 7 p.m. to midnight. $120 for two and reservations required.

New Year’s Eve party reception after the 9:30 p.m. performance of Life As We Know It. Drinks and light hors d'oeuvres will be served through intermission. After the show, the theater will host a party and meet-and-greet session with playwright Elaine Alexander. Tickets are $50; $40 for the military, students and seniors.
