- The Directorate of Public Works will reduce Garrison-funded custodial services. This will not affect customers who pay for their custodial services. Child Development Centers and high-traffic areas (chapels, Throckmorton Library, Bank Hall, basement and first floor of the Social Support Center) will continue to receive limited custodial services.
- Lighting at all sports fields, except Hedrick and Towle Stadiums, have been turned off to save on utility costs. The lights at Hedrick and Towle will only be on from 6 to 8 a.m., during duty days.
