US v. Sinclair Proceedings to Continue Monday with Pretrial Hearings

Brig. General Jeffrey Sinclair will be back in Fort Bragg's courtroom next week.

The case of US v. Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair will continue at the Fort Bragg Court House with pretrial hearings scheduled for March 25-27 beginning daily at 9 a.m. The proceedings are expected to be open to the public.

Sinclair faces trial on several charges stemming from the alleged sexual escapades since 2008 with four women during his time in Germany, Iraq and Afghanistan.

If convicted, Sinclair could face life in prison on the most serious of the 25 counts of sex-related charges that include wrongful sexual contact, sodomy and adultery, which are considered crimes in military.
