Cash Reward For School Gun Tips Offered By Crime Stoppers

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — As many as 23 firearms have been found on Charlotte-Mecklenburg School campuses this semester, and North Meck Crime Stoppers wants to prevent any more.

Last week, a firearm was found at North Meck High School, and in November, a gun was discovered at Hopewell High School.

North Meck Crime Stoppers is offering cash for tips on those who have guns on school campuses.

Crime Stoppers typically pays for tips in cash, and schedules drop offs anonymously as well.
