Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care Now Open In Mountain Island

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — North Charlotte and Huntersville residents have a new option for urgent medical care. The Mountain Island Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care facility opened Monday, making the 11th such urgent care facility under the partnership in the Charlotte metro, the company said.

Says the company:
"Consistent with Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care’s entire network, patients will have the option to save their spot online for an in-center visit or schedule a Video Visit with a Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care provider at https://www.gohealthuc.com/nc. Video Visits are a quick and effortless way for patients to access local in-center medical providers from the safety and comfort of their homes, and are available for both non-COVID and COVID-19 related issues. Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care treats adults and children six-months and older for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, such as flu, fever, asthma, allergies, minor cuts and burns, pink eye, urinary tract infections, sports injuries, fractures, sprains and strains, and more. COVID-19 diagnostic testing, as well as antibody testing is also available at most centers."

The new Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care is located at 3500 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road, Suite B in Charlotte.

All Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care centers are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, including holidays. The urgent care centers are in-network with most major insurance plans.
